Antipasti

Cozze al Limone - Fresh Prince Edward Island mussels with lemon butter, wine and parsley.

Calamare Ripieno - seafood filled calamari, pan seared and baked, served with creamy lemon and grainy mustard aioli on a bed of mixed greens.

Carciofini - Garlic sauteed artichoke hearts, finished in a creamy asiago & parmesan sauce and baked golden.

Gamberi al Pepperoncino - black tiger

shrimp, herb and garlic sauteed with

chili peppers.

Peperoni con Salsiccia - our homemade

sausage slow simmred with peppers and

caramelized onions.

Crostini - Lightly garlic brushed crostini bread presented two ways, sauteed wild mushrooms & roasted red peppers, both sprinkled with goat cheese and lightly drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and baked.

Cioppino - a fresh fish and seafood medley, splashed with white wine and lightly simmered in a fresh tomato and saffron broth.

Mozzarella Fresca - fresh mozzarella

cheese, vine ripened tomatoes, basil

olive oil and a balsamic reduction on a

bed of greens.

 

Verde - Mixed greens, tomatoes,, and fried onions, hand tossed in our house-made red wine balsamic vinaigrette.

Cesare - hearts of romaine, crisp prosciutto and homemade herbed croutons, coated with our traditional Caesar dressing and topped with Grana Padano.

Tiramisu - Our Traditional dessert made with velvety Imported Mascarpone CHeese, Espresso and liqueur dipped lady fingers and chunks of dark chocolate

Cheesecake Strudel - Creamy banana and caramel cheesecake, wrapped in a tortilla shell and fried golden. Dipped in a light coating of cinnamon sugar and served warm. Available a la mode.

Raspberry Chocolate Euphoria - Our luscious chocolate indulgence. A flourless chocolate cake with plump raspberris in Razberry Stoli Vodka. Guranteed to cause a slight Euphoria, Hence the name! Available a la mode

Tartufo - Layers of Imported chocolate and vanilla Gelato, coated in a cocoa and hazelnut crumb.

Ravioli - homemade cheese filled ravioli, layered with a fresh tomato basil sauce.

Ravioli Tartufate - wild mushroom filled

ravioli, crispy pancettta & sage, in a fresh

porcini mushroom broth.  Garnished with

Truffle infused extra virgin olive oil.

Spaghetti Napoletana - Imported spaghetti noodles with garlic, sauteed cherry tomatoes and fresh basil pesto.

Gnocchi Gina ai Quattro Formaggi - Mamma Gina's famous hand - rolled spinach & ricotta dumplings, coated with a decadent four cheese cream sauce.

Mediterraneo - Exclusive cassareccia noodles in our blush sauce, tossed with sauteed artichoke hearts, black olives & peppers, and sprinkled with goat cheese.

Penne Casalinga - Our signature dish, seared tender chicken, onions, three coloured peppers and mushrooms in a light tomato broth.

Fettuccine con Peperoni - Fire roasted red and yelow peppers, tender asparagus tips, grated Asiago cheese in a light vegetable broth.

Spaghetti Frutti Di Mare - An Italian avourite, garlic sauteed shrimp, clams, mussels & white wine in our slow simmered tomato sauce

Risotto Mare - our version of seafood risotto, with succulent shrimp, crab and plump scallops in a light lemon basil sauce with imported mascarpone cheese.

 

Secondi Piatti

Osso Buco - Tender braised veal shanks, red wine, diced carrots, celery served to you over imported fettuccine.

Vitello Foresta - Tender veal scallopine, lightly sauteed and finished in a creamy wild mushroom demi glace, accompanied ith rice pilaf.

Agnello - Olive, feta & sundried tomato crusted frenched lamb rack, broiled to perfection and presented with Chef's vegetable of the day.

Manzo al Pepe - A succulent bone-in beef tenderloin, charbroiled, served with a green peppercorn sauce, accompanied with chef's vegetable of the day.

Manzo a la Gorgonzola - Pan seared 12 oz bone-in beef tenderloin, melted gorgonzola cheese, served with a port wine & balsamic reduction.

Pollo Ripieno - Baby spinach and fresh ricotta cheese filled breast of chicken, seared with a splash of wine and baked. Served atop our pasta al pomodoro.

Pollo a la Parmigiana - Boneless breast of chicken in our parmesan and herb breadcrumb coating.  Served with spaghetti al pomodoro.

Salmone Mediterraneo - Oven baked salmon fillet, finished with a compote of green onions, vine ripened tomatoes, black olives and fresh herbs, topped with crumbled Feta cheese.

Pesce con Salsa Verde -Oven baked pacific whitefish fillet presented with a parsley, shallot & caper broth.

Tonno Milanese - Lightly bread crumb and parmesan crusted tuna paillards, pan seared and served with wilted baby spinach, prosciutto and red onion juliennes with toasted pine nuts.

Gamberi e Scalloppi - Large black tiger shrimp and plump scallops sauteed in chive butter and finished with a splash of white wine, accompanied with cappellini aglio e olio.

Gamberi alla Toscana - A classic combination throughout Tuscany.  Sauteed black tiger shrimp, white beans, lemon, mint, olive oil & rosemary, on a bed of baby spinach.

Salmone Grand Marnier - Slow roasted salmon fillet with Grand Marnier glaze.
