To accomodate your schedule we offer both day and evening classes. The following scheduling is for the months of April and May 2007.

April 2007 - Day Classes (9:30am - 1:00pm)

April 12th - One Pot Meals
Interactive (Includes Lunch, beverages and recipe booklet)
Quick prep and quick clean up, is the focus of this class. Learn how to prepare delicious one pot sensations in a snap without slaving over a hot stove after a long day!
Cost: $79 + GST



April 16th - A Mediterranean Journey
Interactive ( Includes lunch, beverages and recipe booklet)
Experience authentic Italian cuisine and other Mediterranean ingredients. Learn how to prepare mouth watering soups, roasted pepper crostini, with goat cheese, salmon filets with zucchini in cartoccio, and traditional panna cotta paired with the perfect beverage



April 19th - Sensational Seafood
Interactive ( Includes lunch, beverages and recipe booklet)
Let us show you how to work with fish and seafood. You will learn how to buy, clean and prepare fabulous dishes for your family and friends.
Cost: $82+GST



April 30th - Tour de France
Interactive ( Includes lunch, beverages and recipe booklet)
We will take you on a culinary tour of authentic French cuisine, from the Bistros of Paris to the farmhouses of Burgundy. This exciting class will take you on a culinary journey through the regions and rituals that have made French food the basis of all classic cuisine. Tapenade, Gougeres, Salad Nicoise, Sole Veronique, Soufflé au Chocolate and French Wine of Course! Bon Appetite!
Cost: $79+GST

April 2007 - Evening Classes (6:30pm-9:00pm)

Sample a myriad of wonderful flavors. From simple, fresh and light, to vegetarian, to seafood pastas and more. Learn how a few simple ingredients and some creativity can make pasta so good, fast and easy! Recipe booklet included with hand picked wines to match by our sommelier.

May 14th - Weeknight Meals
Interactive (Includes Lunch, beverages and recipe booklet)
Always popular, always fun, always quick and easy recipes. Our goal is for you to have dinner done in no-time at all. Learn simple and easy techniques that will save you time in the kitchen and more time to relax.

May 21st - Asian Delights
Interactive ( Includes 3-4 courses, wine pairing and recipe booklet)
Join us on our journey through the Orient. Learn and understand why oriental flavors are so popular today. Learn how to prepare Thai style stir fry’s, traditional Pad-Thai with shrimp, Indonesian style dishes like Nasi Goreng, chicken and beef satays with peanut sauce and spring rolls with a spicy Apricot dipping sauce, just to name a few!
Cost: $79+GST



May 28th - Italian Classics
Interactive (Includes Lunch, beverages and recipe booklet)
Let us take you on an appetite-inspiring journey through the trattorias and farmhouses of Italy. Learn the time-honored traditions used to prepare a complete menu of heartwarmingly earthy Italian classics. We will be preparing a fabulous meal including Pasta e Fagioli, mushroom crostini with prosciutto and blue cheese, Pollo a la Cacciatore and Tiramisu.
