La Casalinga's philosophy is to prepare Italian cuisine as it is meant to be with the highest of standards and exceptional value, of course! We achieve this standard by using only the finest and freshest ingredients, which includes the use of filtered water and with a flare of modern interpretation through the experience and outstanding talents of our Professionally Trained and European born Chef Angela Olivito.

The same insistence applies to our staff training. Once our staff has been trained in the basic fundamentals of proper service, they are encouraged to reveal their wonderful personalities by making your experience at La Casalinga 'real', intimate, yet comfortable and relaxed.

We truly care about making your dining experience the best that it can be. Here you are like family!

Our cuisine is based solidly on the standards and practices of classical "home-made" Italian, with some influences of other Mediterranean Countries. We still use authentic recipes passed down through generations, without skimping on our portions. From our unique Antipastos, like stuffed calamari and cioppino, to our "famous" hand-rolled Gnocchi and Ravioli by Mamma Gina, slow braised Veal Osso Buco, down to our in-house home-made bread and spreads, sauces, desserts and biscotti, just to name a few.
